How much does a new website cost?
It depends on what the site needs to do. A five-page site for a plumber is a different job than a booking system for a med spa. We scope the work first, then give you a fixed written quote before anything starts. The number in the quote is the number you pay. No hourly surprises, no add-ons you didn't approve.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most small-business sites take four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger builds with e-commerce or custom features run longer. The biggest variable is usually content — photos, text, service details — so the faster you get us material, the faster we ship. We set a schedule in writing at the start and tell you right away if anything moves it.
Do you build on WordPress or hand-code everything?
Whichever fits your business — we do both properly. If you need to edit content yourself often, WordPress makes sense, and we build it clean, without page builders or bloated themes. If the site rarely changes, a hand-coded site is lighter and faster. We'll recommend one after we understand how you actually plan to use the site, and explain why.
Who owns the website, hosting, and domain when it's done?
You do. All of it. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and you get full access to every file and login. If we part ways tomorrow, you keep everything and any developer can pick up where we left off. We've seen owners get held hostage by agencies that keep the keys. We don't work that way.
Will my new website show up on Google?
It'll be built to rank — clean code, fast load times, proper titles and headings, structured data — and Google will index it. Where it ranks depends on competition and content, and no builder can promise a position. What we can say: a fast, well-structured site starts ahead of most local competitors.
