CY Online Marketing And SEO ("we," "us," "our") is a web services business located at 321 S Valley Forge Rd, Devon, PA 19333. We provide custom website development, WordPress plugin development, and search engine optimization (SEO) services.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of cyonlinemarketingandseo.com and to the services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Payment

All of our work is delivered under individually agreed written quotes. Each quote describes the project scope, deliverables, and a fixed price for that project.

Work begins when you accept the written quote. Anything not listed in the quote is outside the project scope; if you request additional work, we will provide a separate or revised quote before starting it.

Payment terms, including any deposit and the final payment, are set out in each written quote.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, you own the finished website or plugin we built for you, along with the content we created for it under the project quote. Until final payment is made, we retain ownership of the work.

Content, images, and materials you supply to us remain yours at all times. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you provide.

Third-party components used in your project — such as WordPress itself, themes, plugins, or licensed fonts and images — remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed under their own terms.

Warranties & Limitations

We perform SEO services with reasonable skill and effort based on current industry practices. However, search engines are operated by third parties and change their algorithms without notice. For that reason, we do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic level, or business result, and no such guarantee should be inferred from anything we say or publish.

Websites and plugins are delivered as described in the written quote. If something we built does not work as described, tell us and we will make reasonable efforts to fix it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

Third-Party Services

Our work often depends on services and software provided by others, including:

• Web hosting providers
• WordPress and its ecosystem of themes and plugins
• Domain registrars, email services, and analytics tools

Each of these has its own terms of service, pricing, and policies, which are between you and that provider. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of third-party services, though we will do our best to help you work around them.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be handled in the courts of Pennsylvania.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
